Many times, our attempts at healthy eating either fail, or are short-lived. Unlike diets that yield unsustainable results and have unrealistic rules, I offer a realistic approach that you can comfortably live with for the rest of your life.
Commonly, my clients face issues with weight management, diabetes, high cholesterol, celiac disease, and other diet related conditions. I help them pinpoint problem areas and then propose solutions that are effective, realistic, and maintainable.

Research has shown the power of groups when it comes to motivation and accountability. Programs like the "Whole Life Challenge" use the online tool to do exactly that – put together groups of people who are on the same health and well-being journey together to motivate each other and stay accountable.

EatWell COOKING CLASSES are 'hands-on' in small groups to encourage a fun way to learn to prepare healthy and delicious meals and snacks at home. Classes accommodate all levels of cooking skills, from basics for beginners to chef-led classes for advanced, with lots of offerings in between!
EatWell COOKING PARTIES are fun, informal get-togethers where you can pitch in and help prepare the festive foods we will be enjoying, or just come along for the ride to enjoy the energy, conversation and final creations!
