EATWELL COOKING PARTIES
EatWell cooking parties are events held at my office in small groups where everyone participates 'hands-on' to prepare and enjoy nutritionist-approved, themed, healthy recipes together! With the guidance of your dietitian/nutritionist, not only will you prepare and enjoy your creations, but probably pick up a tip or fun fact about the recipes and ingredients used along the way. You don't have to know how to cook to join us! If you do know how to cook, I invite you to come and share your experience and knowledge and maybe even pick up a new recipe or two to bust the routine of 'the same old thing for dinner'.
All classes use whole foods, focusing on the importance of cooking with seasonal, local ingredients that are sustainable and organic, whenever possible.
Maria Weber, dietitian/nutritionist, is passionate about sharing her knowledge of nutrition and making healthy food taste delicious all while showing you how easy it is to prepare.
The philosophy and mission of EatWell Cooking Classes is a commitment to help as many people as possible to take back control of nourishing their bodies with delicious, whole food to create health and balance.
After all, if we need to fuel our bodies a minimum of three times daily for the rest of our lives for health, energy, and a long life...shouldn't everyone learn to cook healthier?

Learn the ins and outs of preparing and enjoying bowls as a quick, healthy and easy way to get a balanced meal! You’ll enjoy the ease in preparing balanced, delicious, and versatile meals quickly using bowls for breakfast, snacks, lunch and/or dinner. The experience will make you a believer!

Whole Life Challenge - It's a Lifestyle!
Introduction to the Whole Life Challenge nutrition plan. We'll cover the concept, the nutrition component - including compliant and non-compliant foods. We'll make healthy delicious and compliant dishes we prepare and sample together for meals and snacks. Who needs a diet, learn how to eat 'compliant' for the rest of your life and love it!

Girls Night Out! - An EatWell favorite!
Get together with a girlfriend, Mom, daughter or sister to have some fun and let’s cook up the most delicious celebration of ‘Girls Getting Together’! We will all pitch in to make a party's-worth of delicious appetizers, chocolate dishes and more. Bring your own wine if you like, I'll have a bottle or two and we'll pair what we have to the dishes. The perfect night of fun, food and of course wine!

Mediterranean Made Easy
The Mediterranean Diet is not really a diet but a way of eating healthy! It's inspired by the conventional diet of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea and has been shown to lower the risk of heart disease. The guidelines include plenty of vegetables, some fruit, legumes and whole grains, healthy fats, but especially fish. Oh yes...and wine! We’ll make and enjoy a few quick, easy and healthy dishes - including a few fish dishes - in the Mediterranean way!
Meal Plan & Prep 101
Plan & Prep is half the battle to eating healthy. Eliminate the stress and time involved in cooking every day by meal planning and prepping for a week in advance! It saves you time in the kitchen and helps keep you on track to eating healthy! You can plan and prep for just dinners, lunch and dinner, or even all three meals of the day and snacks too! In this class, you will roll up your sleeves and see how easy it is to prep a weeks worth of food, learn tips and use apps to make planning and shopping a snap, and take home a few meals and/or snacks to see if you like them!
Cooking with Herbs & Spices: The Meal Prep Game-Changer!
Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring and tasteless. We just need to 'spice’ up those meals with a variety of flavors. All it takes is a new way of thinking about meal prep, an easy system, and a little practice. I’ll explain the concept, show you the system, then we’ll experiment with and sample a variety of flavor profiles using the same lean animal or vegetarian protein, a healthy carb, and loads of veggies. You’ll be amazed at how different herbs, spices and a variety of simple ingredients can turn a basic meal into a delicious variety of restaurant quality meals!
